We are all sad to here of your lost, but do not be disappointed with this board for not caring.
The old saying goes "If you want to have a friend,------ be a friend." With only 8 post in almost one Year you have not really made yourself available,now have you?
You need to think about the future.
Most of the people here have died too, their old life, with their friends family have all been stripped away from them, they are here to encourage each other, and people like yourself who stop in every now and then.
To quote Shawshank redemption "Its time to get busy living or get busy dying".

Question for JWS: What About Graveside Visitation?
by Room 215 inhere's a question for those who keep current with ever-changing jw policy: what is the wtbts's current policy with regard to visitation of gravesides, bringing flowers, etc.
by widows, widowers, grieving relatives.
it used to be something of which they took a dim view, and impugned the spirituality of anyone who made a practice of it: ``let the dead bury the dead,'' and all that.

As to the STARFISHS, the story goes like this.
A small boy was walking along a long beach, The tide had gone out, after a storm, with millions of starfishes washed way up on the beach. With in a few hours the sun would kill most of them. The boy was picking up starfishes, one at a time and throwing back into the ocean. Walking the other way and old man came to the boy and said "Son what difference and you make with all these starfishes?" The boy picked up a starfish and throw it into the ocean, and said "I made a difference to that one!"

Many here feel like displaced persons of WW2 But there is healing and life, despite how I was raised can be good.
There are many wonderful books that can help, and not replace one dogma for another.
Neal Walsh "Conversations with God" was like honey for the soul.
